This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had in Orlando yet. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but neither was I expecting this to be the worst experience possible. The hotel rooms were in need of renovating...the floor boards were separating, the furniture was all scratched, most of the plugs in the room didnt work, the phone in the room didnt work, the A/C was stuck at 72 and wouldnt get colder, the sofa bed was literally just sleeping on the springs and the water park was under constructionon. At check in, I was not aware that parking was a separate fee per night so i ended up with $150 bill for the resort fee plus parking per night (although thats more of a hotels.com issue as that was not listed on my booking). The staff seemed overworked and understaffed. There were times I would call the front desk from my cell and no one would pick up. The only good thing was the ice cream by the pool...I will definitely not be back in the future.
