When we did the check in everything was perfect and next day the issue start at middle of the night early Saturday morning at 1am the room next to May family room was really noisy and are screaming and I had call the receptionist but still the noise the same then later at 2 am after my wife made the call to receptionist they stop . The hole nigh was disturbed and can’t sleep well , I was expecting apologies from the Managment but no one care . While check out I have asked by the receptionist if my stay was ok , then I told him what was happened then he said I will call my manager later he told me that the manager in meeting he will call you after the meeting . I said to him tell your manager no need to call me back , if your manager care about the customer he will talk immediately , till that time no one call . Really disappointed
