Waiting in line for check-in was a pain. They finally got another person on the desk. There was a self-check in kiosk, but it would have been helpful to have someone at that post to encourage and help people, like me, who were curious, but not sure how to use the machine.
Unfortunately, we wanted to eat at 1140! The breakfast restaurant just closed and the hostess was less than warm in her announcement that we were not welcome. We waited 20 minutes for the lunch/dinner restaurant to open. As I have mobility issues and use a walker, this was less that helpful. It left a bad taste in my mouth - bitter, actually.
