Disappointed
On arrival we were told the 2 rooms we booked were no longer acc bc bailable, one of which was accessible
Apparently a ‘regular’ customer had requested it so we were then moved to the 4th floor even though we had booked at least 8 weeks in advance
The room was a twin with 6 inches between the beds and very little room to move around, our friend was relocated to a double room with 2 doubles(1 bed setter) and again very little room which had a strong smell of the drains! (Room 430)
Payment was not taken on check in so I assumed they would want payment on leaving but instead the money was taken before I woke for breakfast on Sunday morning. As I had booked for my friend she was paying for the second room and I have now been charged by my bank for being overdrawn and the payment declined.
I have stayed at this hotel many times but was sorely disappointed on this occasion
