Checking in was a bit awkward. The woman seemed annoyed. After getting to the room, the mini bar refrigerator was not working properly. I mentioned it to the front desk, this time a man, and he said it was supposed to be at 72 degrees. Obviously this was wrong because I’ve stayed there before and it’s common sense. Upon checking out, the front desk woman was unable to locate my reservation and room number. Not a big deal, but again she seemed annoyed.
Three interactions with three different staff members and all three were not good.
