The worst
I had a terrible experience today at real inn.
We were in town for a funeral and check in time was at 3pm we tried to check in at 3:30 and no rooms were ready. We finally got into our room around 4pm ( the time the funeral was supposed to start) we changed and headed out. We stayed on the 6 floor, leaving the elevators were both broken. We had to take the stairs down to the lobby. The next day for checkout supposedly at 12 and one of the employees was knocking on our door at 9 am asking if we were still sleeping??
Fourtunely we were on our way out and not asleep. So on our way out the same employee waved us down and told us to come back to the room. Which we did. He told us that one of the towels was really dirty.
Which it was bc we used it to wipe our feet bc the floors we're disgustingly dirty that our feet were black. He told us the hotel was gonna charge us so much for this towel that it couldn't be washed and itd be better to pay him. We were late for the funeral so we didn't even think about it and gave him the pesos I had in my pocket. Requesting refund
