Not 5 star and should do better.
Don’t stay here if you want a 5 star HOTEL experience. It’s labelled as a hotel on hotels.com but it’s actually serviced apartments and not clean or attentive like a 5 star should be.
Pool and jacuzzi were a massive let down. Jacuzzi didn’t work and it was just green slimey water. The following day a sign was put up saying it was out of order.
Pool would have a nice view if the windows were clean but they aren’t - all murky and dirty.
Check-in after a long flight is not personal or welcoming. As we walked in the door I immediately regretted booking it.
Breakfast again is very transactional. No hello, we were just asked for our room number and then told immediately the “free breakfast” only includes 1 drink, between tea, coffee or juice.
If this is meant to be 5 star and breakfast is “free” then these should be included.
The actual breakfast is very tasty.
The views from the room are stunning but it’s not worth the cost for this alone.
