Living It Up Down Under!!
I was fortunate enough to stay here during vacation and I definitely made the right choice! The centralized location, the level of care and excellent customer service from every staff member I interacted with made it hard to leave. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could want. Mo, the concierge, was very kind in sharing recommendations and making activities/ tour reservations for me. The food was great; the daily happy hour was fun and very reasonably priced. The cherry on top was the on-site mall for all your last minute shopping needs. I'm very much looking forward to my return.

Place needs a a big upgrade. Rooms are a bit old and needs a big renovation or makeover. Downstairs smelt like curry everyday which was so bad in a way not sure where it was coming from. It’s real busy and can be loud if you prefer quiet and peace.

Our stay at the crown plaza was pleasant. The rooms (although a bit outdated) were clean, the first time housekeeping came around my son forgot to store his electronics out of sight and everything was intact. Staff is very courteous and respectful. I especially loved that nobody can go up without a key card which is a safety plus. We never felt unsafe. Everything is at close proximity and the wharf is close by with awesome dining areas throughout. We will return!

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within wañking distance. Would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable which included pillow top mattress. The hotel’s location was close to all the major sights and day tour operators pick up at the hotel. Breakfast included cook to order omelette and coffee/latte/ espresso of your choice. Some areas of the hotel could be modernized but the room made up for it. The construction outside for the underground is not under their control and when completed would increase convenience in the future. Staff from front desk, dining, and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was odd is the TV turned off on its own. Will recommend this hotel.
