Didn't sleep a wink
I booked this hotel because I wanted to get some pool time for exercise. Upon checking in, saw the note that the pool wasn't heated because they were waiting for a part. Thought I could "walk" in the hot tub... there was a weird hump in the bottom that precluded that safely. When I finally decided to try to turn in - around 1 am - couldn't engage the lock because a sketchy repair did not allow it (see image). Was not about to get dressed, pack, and wander around the hotel to get to the front desk. Dragged the chair over and propped it under the door knob and parked my walker there too. The bed was a hard as a rock and the guy next door snored louder than my husband (not the hotel's fault). Now I anticipate a fight with Expedia to refund the canceled night fee. Watch for an Expedia review.

Honestly this is a great hotel to stay at if you have children that like the opportunity to use a pool. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. And the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

CIS Germantown
The hotel seemed fine at first, I guess I thought it would be in better condition. Overall our room was clean, one of the towels was soiled, and towels were older. Small sample shampoo and conditioner for showering but no body wash, small small bar of soap. Breakfast was good, number of different choices, juice machine was broke down. Wish they would provide a night light in bathroom, as we are older and frequent the bathroom during evening. 50/50 on staff friendliness.

Great price! Really like that the pool and hot-tub was opened until midnight. I did not like that I was not able to hook my computer up to my room's TV. I work remote and typically always use the Hotel's TV as my second monitor. I could not figure out how to hook my computer up and the Staff said it was not allowed.

We asked for a quiet room away from everything. She put us in what she said was a nice room on the first floor by the snack machines. We heard people talking and yelling all night long. Our room was awkwardly shaped and the tv was not in a good position to watch from bed and the couch was unusable for tv as well.
