Just a few things that happened at this stay:
- entering the room without notification
- tv + volume turning off/on randomly/reloading
- no closet
- no dresser
- queen sized bed
- lamps unstable
While i was there the front desk staff acknowledged all my complaints. But when i checked out they wanted me to pay the full value of a king size room, when they checked me into a room with a queen bed, with no closets or a dresser, broken tv, and a taped security latch.
When i came back to from eating, the tape was removed. A worker came into my room without permission or notification. The only reason I knew the tap was missing was because I remembered it was there before I left.
I was told to call the general manager Sergio Garcia. I've been calling since the 7/17/25 he has yet to show up or call. After all that, they had the audacity to tell hotels.com that they checked me into the correct room.
This was infuriating, and this is why I writing this review. It's horrible to lie, but it's more atrocious when they lie about things that could be proven. I have pictures and videos of the room they said I didn't stay in. I've already contacted their ethics department. The Better Business Bureau will be next, until they refund me for the room I never got.
These people will smile in your face, and lie as soon as you leave. Don't trust this place to keep you safe....
