Our stay was a disaster due to gross mismanagement. We checked in with a toddler and infant. At 10:00 PM, after everyone was asleep, the front desk called loudly, waking us to ask a "favor": allow maintenance entry to fix a plumbing issue in a neighboring room. We agreed to help.
This resulted in 40 minutes of loud banging and multiple staff entries that woke our baby and terrified our toddler. Crucially, the maintenance attempt failed and broke the water supply in our room. We were left with NO RUNNING WATER.
The hotel’s only solution was for us to walk down the hallway to use a different room's bathroom in the middle of the night—a severe inconvenience and safety issue for a family with small children.
We sacrificed our peace and our room’s functionality to help the hotel, and were left with an uninhabitable room. Despite staff being polite, the management failure is unacceptable. I sent a formal complaint to AGM Israel Rivera, but have received no response after 36 hours. We paid for a safe, functional room and received neither. We are requesting a full refund.
