Amazing Stay
I was more than appreciative for my stay at the Courtyard Marriott which I booked through Hotels.com. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the afternoon treats of free popcorn and delicious chocolate chip cookies. Free water was available when needed which was also appreciated. Security was on point and we never felt uneasy as we moved to and from the hotel.
I have to spend some time highlighting the very friendly staff. However, the absolute best staff members we loved were Susie and Christian (I hope I spelled their names correctly.) Christian without a shadow of a doubt made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. He made us feel like family. Every time we left he had a kind word or even just "have a great day." We missed him when he was not on shift.
Susie is the reason we decided to stay at the Marriott. We called in before booking and she took the time out to tell us not only about the hotel, but also about the city. She is an amazing person who treats every guest with care and respect. She also greeted us as we left and when we returned.
We will definitely only stay there when we visit San Francisco again.
It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott!
