"Overall its comfortable if you need to stay only 1 night close to airport. Shuttles are comfortable and comes every 30 minutes which is good. Hotel is old and rooms are not very clean. My son stuck in elevator between two floors. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in a 2-room suite. The room was really nice, the beds were comfortable, the view was nice, the balconies were big. I have nothing to say about the quality of the room BUT the hotel is definitely very poorly managed. We could only get our room at 8 PM, we were told it was still being cleaned. The next day the room cleaning service never came to our room, the room was not cleaned, the beds were not made etc. There was no mini bar service. We didn't even have 1 bottle of water to drink in the room. We called the reception 5 times for this, we kept saying the same thing; water only came to the room at 11:30 PM!! This is completely unacceptable for a hotel where I paid $1800 for 2 nights. The management of the hotel is really terrible. The hotel may be stylish and beautiful but I will never stay at a hotel where I can't get service again!"

"I definitely do not recommend it. The room, sheets and pillows are very dirty, the insects in the room bit us everywhere and we got wounds everywhere, only the parking service is very good, I think the hotel does not provide that service either,only residence service"
