Reservation was for 3 rooms. I spoke with Hotels.com-requested early checkin for 2 rooms, and a king bed. Hotels.com confirmed these requests, but the hotel did neither-checkin was 4pm, and king bed not available.
Upon checkin, one room had clothing in the closet from a previous guest. The other room had a clogged sink which could not be fixed, and our room had to be changed. The next day, there was a toilet issue in the 3rd room. It was remedied, but took most of the day. There was garbage in the halls in plastic bags-housekeeping should have carts, so guests do not have to see barbage bags.
TV service was awful! Regular TV was not accessible in any of the rooms. Pluto was available, but every few minutes there was a glitch. The hotel did say they were having issues.
On a positive note-very friendly and helpful staff, and the most comfortable bed and pillows ever!
