This resort deserves ZERO stars. The worst experience we have ever had in Cabo. The room was modern but my God, the beds were hard as a rock. I woke up every morning in excruciating back pain and I got a crick in my new. I had to take Aleve almost every day to alleviate the pain. I went to the spa (don’t waste your money). Although the staff is friendly, it was a very amateur experience. I kept asking her to apply pressure and she kept rubbing me like a pet.
This hotel is severely understaffed. It’s all first come, first serve. When we first arrived, we stood in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told we had to wait another 30 minutes to be seated at Ciao. We were turned away at Toro and told it was 2 hour wait list at most other restaurants. Unfortunately, this was our experience every night. t seems as if no matter where we went, the service was non-existent. The food was terrible, everywhere. You couldn’t get a pool chair even if you went down at 8:00a because ppl threw their stuff on it to save and wouldn’t be back for hours. The staff refused to move it despite their 30 minute policy of saving chairs. The pools close at 5:30 and there’s NOTHING to do after that except eat, IF you can get tables. CANNOT even put your toe in the ocean, guards with guns walk up and down to tell you to move back. We paid almost $5,000 for two rooms, for 4 nights, only to eat subpar buffet food day in and out. The drinks were always watered down. The resort is in the middle of nowhere.
