The water coming from the shower was smell sewage, we changed the room but still same problem went on. Both of the rooms had stinky smell. Air condition had a very huge noise. Hotel is very far away from patong beach. Shuttle service hours are inadequate. Most of other 5 stars hotel that are far away from patong have comfortable vip shuttles whereas avista had very uncomfortable big tuktuk as if they are carrying an animal. Breakfast had many choices but all of them were untasty. We had to have our breakfast outside. The lobby and the rooms had a very long distance, you neede to change 2 elevators and some parts you had take the stairs. Tours offered by the hotels are double price
