A hidden gem! Right on the lake and with a pool and garden this is an idyllic spot at a great price. Service and staff wonderfully attentive and helpful. Rooms are small and bathrooms could use upgrade but I’d still give it 5 stars. Oh and the AMAZING breakfast…You’ll be glad you stayed here!

En general bien…solo se presento un tema con la habitación en planta baja ya que las camas muy incomodas y parecía que se iban a romper….solicitamos cambio de habitación y la chica de administración de la mañana con pésima actitud. Si hicieron el cambio a la planta alta pero con pésima atención. No creo regresar y es una lástima porque el hotel en general es agradable 😔😔😔

Me gustó que se encuentra a unos pasos de la terminal de ADO, pero para las personas que nos gusta utilizar agua caliente para bañarnos, es un problema ya que hay que avisar para que prendan el boiler y si uno se quiere dar un baño muy temprano pues el agua está muy fría y la recepción. Cerrada

En general me gustó mucho la estancia, el personal muy amable y siempre atento. La habitación sencilla pero limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionando al 100 todo el tiempo hubo agua caliente, muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, literal está a la vuelta. El único detalle sería que actualicen los contactos de toma corriente, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Excelente hotel familiar.
La atención siempre fue muy amable, el cuarto tenía lo necesario para una buena estancia (clima, TV, agua caliente), tiene estacionamiento, una alberca con chapoteadero y un bonito jardín. El bufet de desayuno está increíble, muy completo y muy rico. Excelente hotel para mis necesidades.
