I stayed at the Shanghai Grand Hyatt for one night, and overall, the experience was a mix of positives and negatives.
Positive Points:
The room was located on the 61st floor, offering an absolutely breathtaking view of the city skyline.
It was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay.
Negative Points:
The room felt a bit outdated, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had a cigarette smell, which was unpleasant and affected the overall experience.
The drink menu was not available in English, making it difficult to navigate and order.
Lastly, the hotel staff’s service was not as welcoming or accommodating as I had hoped.
While the stunning view and spacious room were highlights, some of the shortcomings left me feeling underwhelmed. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.
