I have been a frequent visitor to NOLA for decades now and generally stayed in another hotel. But due to accessible needs for our daughter, I had visited this hotel on our last visit and found it would accommodate those needs. When I reserved the room for NYE and paid all up front, non refundable, I made several calls to double check the rooms and I had specific ones reserved. Upon arrival the front desk did not show that and I had to go over all of the requests again. They were able to fix the issue, but it should not have been one. Location is very good to the Quarter and overall, a nice hotel. We did not have hot water for our entire stay and was offered little assistance with bags, as we have to travel with some extra, plus equipment. I do realize this comes from our perspective from our needs. Again, good location. A French Quarter style hotel. But average in bed comfort and service.
