Lovely but loud
The hotel is actually the old court house which is cool. Room with a king bed was spacious, especially the bathroom. We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon while a mariachi band continued to play loudly in the courthouse park until 8 pm. It was loud! Fortunately, the music stopped but low rider cars continued playing music as they cruised the streets outside the hotel.
The staff was helpful and appreciative of the concern but it was out of their hands. All was good until the street sweepers began their job about 5 am.Again, not the fault of hotel. I don’t know how often these events take place, but it is worth noting. The Hotel E probably does not know when this will happen either. A week day stay should not be problematic.
