"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. But we felt that no adult supervision was present. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. While beautiful, the TV didn’t work, the remote needed batteries. I asked 3 times and eventually went and bought my own. AND the suite had a steam room which also didn’t work.
