The hotel, the room and restaurant very good but there is issues about the management. Bolivia is my 36. country that I did visit which one means hundreds of hotel overnights in every class of hotels but I had some first time experience in that hotel. I came to hotel at 7.30 after 12 hours of bus trip and I did ask for early check-in. My room was ready but they did ask 30 $ for 3.30 hours early check-in. After I said I don't want to pay and wait for one hour at the lobby, they let me check-in. I did pay for two person room, to times two person breakfast, and I did ask if it's possible to take breakfast at the first day because I did pay for 4 breakfast and as I will have early check-out, I will eat only 1 breakfast; no it's not possible. Its there choice but before I enter to my room, all seconds towels etc has been removed, surely because I did enter to 5* hotel with dirty back-pack, so I am a potential thief. There is a very good pool at the hotel but you have to buy sleepers for 10 $ and bathrobe is only for suit room clients. And as there is no towels at the pool, I did use one towel for pool and room for two days because I didn't want to ask second one after they treat me like this. Perfect roof bar but no english menu and has to use google translate to order some bites because, even the staff is very friendly, don't understand english. And all this happened at 5* hotel. It's easy to build a nice hotel building but manage it as a 5* hotel demand professional management.
