The good: Excellent location, pristine, very new furnishings, well equipped bathroom. The not so good: cramped room with room only for the bed, a small ledge for a desk, and one office chair, and no dresser to put your clothing in if you want to unpack; annoying up-charges such as $14 if you use (not take--just use) the provided shower shoes, and the outdated display tray of exorbitant drugstore candy bars and "smart" fridge. The just plain weird: In-room Lavazza coffee machine and provided cups can only accommodate one-shot espressos, so if you like a dot of milk with your coffee, or a cup of tea, you're out of luck.
