Our family of four had a great stay at Morazul. Fantastic location .. easy to walk to tons of restaurants and sights. The room was quite comfortable and had ample space. We were in room 6 which faced out to the city.. it had great views, but a warning that you will hear street noise. Friendly staff and a very secure hotel. We would stay again.

A very pleasant place to stay in Quaretaro

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Very well located. Walking distance to all interesting places. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. No need to look elsewhere when in Quaretero.

Dated property, what I would call "Faded quaint", but very clean and located across from the park. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke some English which was great since my Spanish is in the learning stage. Noisy at night if there are events going on in the park. We were there during the International Women's Day celebration.

The rooms are very dark and the water spilled out of the shower door. On their website it said that they offered breakfast and they don't. The person in charge of cleaning was very lazy with their room work. Other than that, front desk staff is really nice and always available to help. The hotel has a great location for getting around by foot.

Everything about this establishment was beautiful. It is convenient and everything is walkable. Only downside I would say. Is the parking. You’re only allowed to leave the parking lot once a day, which is kind of annoying, but other than that everything was perfect.

Overall a comfortable place to stay. However, the water pressure of the bathroom sink and faucet were odd. You will open the faucet a liitke bit and no water will come out and if you tried to open a LOT will come out and will splash all the way to the floor. We stayed in room 6.

El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones son limpias y muy cómodas sin embargo la página principal dice que cuenta con estacionamiento, lo cual es parcialmente cierto, porque está como a seis cuadras del hotel y no hay un servicio que le ofrezca llevar el carro y traerlo de regreso. Y a veces llega uno muy cansado. Solamente sugeriríamos que hicieran hincapié en que está a seis cuadras del hotel y si fuera posible algún tipo de servicio de ballet parking aunque tuviera costo adicional. La chica del mostrador realmente se mostró indiferente a esta situación y nos mencionó que buscáramos lugar en la calle, si queríamos estar más cerca, pero estuvimos más de 45 minutos y fue imposible encontrar un lugar , en realidad del hotel es muy bonito y lo recomiendo, además de estar bien ubicado. Solamente el detalle del estacionamiento que en algunas ocasiones puede ser relevante en la decisión de reservar o no en ese hotel. Gracias
