Beautiful Hotel, but Room Disappointing
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming ambiance and an excellent location perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and exploring the area. However, the room was incredibly small—it barely fit two suitcases comfortably, making it feel cramped and inconvenient. Additionally, there was noticeable dust in the corners of the bathroom, which gave the impression that cleaning standards weren’t up to par. If you plan to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a suite for a more comfortable experience. While the location and overall atmosphere are great, the room size and cleanliness left much to be desired.

Surprise gem
My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Brass Key. Daniel made us feel so welcome and helped us spend a perfect evening in Provincetown. I had a lot of questions and he had all the answers. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and were given cookies for the road. It was one of 10 places we stayed on our road trip and it was by far the best stay.

Nice Weekend Anniversary Getaway

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Brass Key Guesthouse last weekend. Kevin sent welcoming text messages which were greatly appreciated and welcomed us with a tour of the property. Parking was difficult and my hasband had to pay to park in a lot quite a bit away from the Guesthouse. The pool and hot tub were a welcome bonus. The location was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was just OK. My husband said the room decor was dated, but as a designer, I felt that most of it was intentional, while a few items could have been improved upon. I appreciated the eco-friendly water can vs. plastic bottle. I also appreciated the amenities in the shower and bathroom. Thank you, Brass Key Guesthouse.

We loved staying at this property Kavin was very nice and helpful giving us information and he gave tour of the property Which is beautiful It had hot tub swimming pool out door are to sit with fire pit They served snacks and wine in the evening and he even fill the glass of wine for us Our room was very small but it was nice and clean ,bed was squiking as soon as we set on it Bathroom was nicely equipped with everything but it was not balenced properly so when we showered water was filling in the other side was not draining properly That was not a good shower also Isley enogh the didn’t have a door on glass shower instead they had a shower curtain and I got hurt on my foot coming out of the shower Still after all this location is very nice and convenient for shopping walking in the are Best service from the people I would recommend this property

My wife and I spent our first wedding anniversary here and we both agree that we wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else for our special moment! The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean with such a comfortable bed. The heated pool and hot tub were so relaxing. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were in walking distance, but there were bikes available that we used to explore Provincetown a bit more. I could talk about this place all day! First off, the location is fantastic. Just one short block to Commerce street. It’s right in the heart of everything and yet still a peaceful location. The rooms are great. It’s multiple small building surrounding a courtyard with pool and hot tub. The breakfast and cocktail hour are both great. Always felt welcome and relaxed at the hotel. Will definitely be staying there again.

The Brass Key is an absolutely gorgeous property, the rooms, the grounds just everything. It is LGBTQ friendly that being said if you are not comfortable this is not the place for you and neither is Provincetown.
