The worst hotel I have ever seen
My name is Arda Yazıcı. I and my family had stayed at Red Roof Inn Hayward from 09/16/2019 to 09/20/2019. First of all, I need to say that, being a person having numerous hotel experiences in all types of hotels, my stay at this hotel was my worst experience. The quality of service was extremely terrible. After we have checked in and gone to our room, the air conditioner was broken down. After we warned the staff, they have placed us to a room not having refrigerator and microwave machine, however, we have paid for room having refrigerator and microwave machine. Also, all of the bedspreads and pillow case were dirty before we used them. Also, since I have allergy to dust and any other allergies caused from dirty environment, my allergy has started after staying at that dirty room and hotel and sleeping on that bed. I am sending you some photos from hotel to prove the dirtiness in hotel. Also there a lot of insects in our room. I hope you will compensate our loss and do something about this hotel. We want amends, we want financial compensation. Otherwise, we will be trying other ways to solve our trouble.We are complaining about Red Roof Inn Hayward. We could not find the things in the hotel which we were expecting when we looked at the hotel and its facilities on the website of Hotels.com.
