This is the worst ibis hotel I have ever stayed in. At the first entrance, the girl at the reception made disrespectful and naughty movements.Pointing like a buck with his hand and I will not do your thing, go and do the other staff.On the same day I went to give the dryer again, this girl was there, left the reception empty and went to the back room. I said I would give the dryer.He did not get up, continued to sit, turned his head.I made a complaint to his manager. He did nothing. He wrote how I can help you.the only thing done in such cases in the world is that the worker who is disrespectful comes and apologizes to the customer.3 days before my departure day, cleaners knocked on the door even though there was a do not disturb paper at the door and they disturbed you not going out.when my departure day came the whole hotel was empty I had 3 rooms including me in the whole hotel.I said I will go to the airport at 5 am if I check out at 12, can I stay in the room until that time.They did not let me sit in the lobby for 5 hours, even though all the rooms are empty, they said absolutely not, then if you pay for every hour, reseption said.I am not satisfied at this hotel and I will write to the accor hotel chain with an e-mail explaining all the events I have experienced
