The location and transportation near the hotel is good.
However, there are too many people in the hotel, which makes the elevator to be delayed and chaotic.
Moreover, there are constant arrival of the traveller groups which makes the lobby even more chaotic. Every time they come to the lobby, the hotel manager just squeeze the people into the elevator as of we are a luggage or something. I don't understand how the education of the workers in the hotel is working. Specifically, the manager who just pushed people into the elevator is very rude. When we complained about this, he chose to speak in a sarcastic manner and not accept that he did a wrong thing.
Overall, I would say that the service provided in the hotel is one of the worst hotels I have visited.
