Breakfast Was The Best Part of The Stay
The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast offerings were phenomenal and the gentlemen who worked the breakfast bar went above and beyond to make sure the offerings were fresh and the bar was clean.
There were a few things that detracted from our trip. As you exit the elevator, there is a sign notifying of quieter hours. However, we shared a floor with a teenage hockey team that had no regard for quieter hours. One night, we had a hard time sleeping as there were teenagers running up and down the halls, pounding on each others doors, yelling for them to open the door. Also, in the bathroom, there is a sticker on the mirror notifying that housekeeping comes every other day of your stay. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never came to the room. We do not expect a full service every day, but fresh towels and having our trash emptied every other day of the stay would have pleased us. We were left calling for towels when needed. In fact, we never saw a housekeeping cart on the hall until the day of checkout.
Overall, when we return to Buffalo on the near future, we are thinking of staying here again, as it’s in a convenient location to where we need to be, but hope to have a quieter stay with housekeeping attention.
