I was disappointed & dissatisfied! I would think all levels of Hilton would be of excellence. I am not sure who is giving 4 & 5 stars. It has to be the employees/review generators.
Pro: Good location, accessible rooms are a good size, & kind people that are helpful, cute breakfast bar.
Cons:
1. When I first booked it, I read the reviews. Someone commented on the mattress pad with blood stains. I figured ok, no problem, that was taken care of…NOPE! We received the same mattress pad! I wanted to throw up. My husband & I went to get the front desk clerk. He was sweet. He put on gloves, & changed everything. I had my Lysol (of course). We couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was sold out with double beds & accessibility. Upon leaving I told the front desk manager and the gentleman that changed the mattress pad to throw it out. That mattress pad should not be rotating throughout the hotel! DISGUSTING! BTW, we still paid full price, never mind the grossness! Hilton should be ashamed!
2. The breakfast bar is mediocre. They had the cute pancake maker. Impressive, until the pancake is hard and taste like dough…image frozen pancake lightly cooked. We were looking for bacon.No bacon during our stay! Hilton, most people eat bacon, not assorted style sausages. The omelette had veggies, I had boiled eggs.
3. Small intimate pool…water should have been slightly heated considering it’s indoors.
4. Business station is not a room, so no privacy.
5. Wi-Fi is NOT free. Only members
