Worst experience in my life !
Terrible experience! I never had such a bad one (and I do travel a lot for personal trips and lots for business trips). Overall not friendly staff, but the worst was the last day, when I arrived I asked them if you could check out at 12 instead of 11 because I had a customer call scheduled from 11 to 12. They said yes it is fine as it is not busy and they don't have the full hotel booked. In the morning they started coming, knocking crazy on the door (like banging on the door) calling the room phone all that for one hour while I was on a very important business call !! And while I asked them when I arrived and they said it was okay for me to checkout at 12 ! Honestly this is very unprofessional and really got me in a very awkward position in front of an important business call!!

what a delightful place
we stayed here for a week and chose it based on the amazing view picture on the website, and it was all just as promised. the room was very spacious and clean with plenty of storage and clean and airy, infact the whole hotel was spotless and marble everywhere. i have to say in all my years of travelling it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in! we hoped to enjoy a meal in the hotel the first night but unfortunately it was closed for refurbishment which was a shame. it was ideally suited to us as we had taken the car on a tour of europe and had ample parking and a small walk to the train station (buy tickets in the little shop across the road) though don't expect a lot from the trains they are dirty hot and full, basically it sums up a lot of the country

Udemærket hotel. Værrelse og omgivelser var ryddeligt og rent. Morgenmaden er ikke lige så spændende, men det er vel som continental breakfast er.

Nice Roman Hotel in the Suburbs
Hotel is GREAT, nice rooms and clean, still working on Restaurant service but nice, not too many ammenities, Very nice entrance and gardens. Big travertine bathroom but still the shower was small, clean but small. To get to the city you have to walk around 800 mts downslope to Pantanella train station, with NO sidewalks, no problem on the go, but for the return, those 800 mts upslope normally at night, are a real VIACRUSIS after walking all day in Rome, I had a car and left it at the train station parking lot (mostly full) . Arriving at Rome, I recommend to take "hop in-hop off" bus because METRO stations sometimes are far from main atractions. BE PREPARE TO WALK ANYWAY, ROME IS ALWAYS INVITATIONAL TO DO IT. Do not think in WI-FI at the Hotel, in rooms is useless and at the lobby, very slow.

Ottima posizione
Bene, l'hotel è bellissimo non c'è niente da dire. L'unica osservazione è: la colazione molto misera; noi che viaggiamo molto abbiamo visto hotel di qualità inferiore, ma con delle colazioni molto assortite.Un hotel 4 stelle come il "domus- caesari" deve offrire molto di più, ai clienti che vanno a passare piccole vacanze.

Remarkable staff
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I were looking to buy a GPS and a nice lady from the staff joined us and took us to a store in the city where we were able to find one. Another nice lady took about one hour, if it wasn't more, of her time calling various air company offices and translating. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are pretty and the view is amazing. We were able to see Rome at far and during night it was really stunning.

nous n'avons pu passer que 3 nuits !!!! l'extérieur et l'intérieur sont superbe !!! l’accueil est très bien ,la chambre très bien ,le petit déjeuné correct manque un peu de salés mais bien dans l'ensemble, vous avez une salle de restaurant superbe et le service y est super les plats sont très bon !!! il ont du vin super !!! avec modération sauf si vous dormez dans l’hôtel !!!!! le seul manque serait une piscine dans ce décor superbe !!!! vue sur Rome, il n'est pas si loin de la ville ou l'on peut se garer assez facilement aux alentours du cirque Maximus si je dois y retourner un jour je prendrais cet hôtel !!!!

Dåligt bemötande och dåligt rum!
Det började med att vår bokning inte var registrerad. Sedan fick vi ett rum på vinden. Inte alls vad som utlovas på bilderna eller för att vara ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Personalen var likgiltiga och kunde inte fixa detta. På morgonen var det dags för frukost. Det var den sämsta frukost vi har ätit, vatten, formfranska, kakor och odrickbart kaffe! Nej detta hotell vill vi inte rekomendera!

Dålig frukost
Bra hotell om man ska passa flyg. Dock väldigt dålig frukost för ett fyr stjärnigt hotell. Ligger inte så bra till om man har tänkt sig en weekend i Rom. Ligger då för långt utanför staden.

Ottimo ... con qualche area di miglioramento....
Ho pernottato 2 notti al Domus Caesari. Avendo la macchina non ho sofferto la lontananza dall'Urbe ma anzi mi sono goduto il silenzio e la quiete della zona. Hotel molto buono nel complesso. Personale gentilissimo... qualche area di miglioramento: la colazione un po' spartana, una sola striminzita saponettina in camera (io le porto sempre dietro ma un **** non puo' far cio' e un televisorino altrettanto piccolo (io lo guardo poco pero' magari altri..) In definitiva consigliabile e onesto rapporto qualita' prezzo

First class all the way.
Just arrived home after staying in this wonderful hotel. First impressions where excellent and they never changed throughout our stay. Marble everywhere made for a very clean look. Staff very friendly and attentive always willing to help and advise when necessary. Rooms large and comfortable linen and towels changed daily. Breakfast was continental of a very good standard. Ate at the hotel every night plenty of choice and always of a good standard. Service first class. Location a little out if the way but there is a train station about 15 mins away which takes you to Rome centre. Would we stay here again Definitely. Thanks to all who made this a very relaxed break.

נהנו מאד! מלון נקי יפה ואווירה נעימה. ארוחת הבוקר דורשת שיפור. בריכה תשדרג אותו מאד! כמו כן, היות והמלון במקום מבודד למדי, פעילות בתחומי המלון (שולחן ביליארד למשל) יכולה לשדרג את החוויה.
