This hotel was overall very nice. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The daily water bottles are also a nice touch. The only negatives were noisy upstairs neighbors, no clear and easy directions for calling the front desk from the room, and poor lighting in the bedroom part of the suite. We had noisy upstair-neighbors that made sleeping difficult for two nights. One night their alarm went off on vibrate for 20 minutes at 2AM, and it was like it was the alarm was in the room with us, which makes me think the sound proofing isn't great. There wasn't information on how to call the from desk on the room card or phone itself, so I had to get dressed and go downstairs at 2AM to let the staff know, which is not ideal. This could have easily been fixed with a phone call if they made it clear how to call the front desk. They responded immediately, though, when I went downstairs, and it stopped as soon as I told them about the issue, so the staff is GREAT, but the means to contact them is inconvenient.
