I am writing to formally complain about a serious issue I experienced during my stay in Room 429 on the night of April 25, 2025. I was bitten by bed bugs, resulting in multiple bites that are severely itchy and uncomfortable. Attached, you will find photos of the bites for your reference.
This situation indicates a significant problem with pest control in your hotel, which has caused me considerable distress and compromised the quality of my stay. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate measures to address the pest issue to prevent other guests from experiencing similar problems.
