Management is HORRIBLE - Room door left open
I left out of my room Saturday morning 3/22/24 around 10 am to leave for the day. the cleaning lade was heading into the room across from me - so my room was next. When I returned back to the hotel later that evening around 7 o'clock - as I was walking up to my room, I noticed the door was open and the light was on. I did not leave the room like that. I immediately contacted the front desk. The front desk apologized. I asked to speak to the supervisor - they said they would be in later that evening. I left my name/number/email. I left out to get something to eat. came in around 9:30 pm and went to the front desk for an update. They said the supervisor was notified - but no-one reached out to me regarding the issue. Checked out today around 9am, Sunday March 23 - advised the desk that no-one still reached out to me. The lady at the desk reassured me she spoke to the supervisor and he was aware of the situation. Called the hotel around 2 o'clock - spoke wit the same lady and advised I still did not hear anything and she advised she mentioned it to him again. It is now 6 o'clock and still nothing.
This is unprofessional and unacceptable especially since I frequent this hotel at least 2-3x a year for my son's tournament. A RESPONE is NEEDED ASAP. UNACCEPTABLE
