Not ready to be occupied
First time I've done a review, I felt I had to. The place is going to be great for sure, but it's still being developed.
The actual room is lovely and cannot be faulted, brand new and immaculate.
But the route to the room is a building site, the environment isn't ready, there is stuff everywhere and no heating.
The room had no heating switched on when I entered it, it was freezing, this was soon remedied when the electric storage heaters where turned on. This should have been done prior to my arrival.
The biggest problem was there was no internet available in the room, this is unheard of in 2025. As I was on business this meant I was unable to work.
The room was £102 with no parking, no internet, no breakfast, and in the middle of a building site outside the actual room I stayed in.
As I said, the room itself was perfect, but was it worth £102.....no.
