Good looking from outside but terrible experience
I have been traveling to Santiago 5th time within last 2 years. First time I wanted to try this good looking hotel but it was very bad idea. First it started having problem during check in. They charged my credit card more than room value which I was going to pay for 5 night. Then they said the value which is over charged my credit card was guarantee for my expected extra charges. I didn't understand their policy about why they are charging money which even I haven't spend. After all the attitude of receptionist and other workers was so rude to me and didn't help me at all. The breakfast was so weak and not enough diversity. This hotel definitely not worthy of it's value. At the check out they gave my bill without any detailed information on it than I asked to change and modify more detailed information about my company but the person in the reception didn't want to deal with it and left me without help. Now I am sure that for my next trip in Santiago I will never ever stayed at this hotel. I really regrets about choosing this good looking hotel from outside.
