It’s a big hotel with great friendly service, fairly outdated. Location is good but it’s just shy off the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious but has heating only with no control over temperature, on our last night the room got very hot even with the window open.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great as it's walkable to the city center. There is a lawson across the street, 2nd floor has vending and ice machines and a microwave. Only issue is that it's older so you can sometimes hear people stomping about in the room above. Great price for the stay and there is a bus stop outside if you prefer that over taking a taxi. Taxi both to and from the hotel from New Chitose airport was $100+ USD each trip.

Location for me was great. Bonus to have the airport bus stop right infront of the hotel. Would’ve been convenient if there’s laundry facility in the hotel but the 24hrs laundry place was not far at all.
