NEEDS SERIOUS MAINTENANCE!
The door to our room would not close completely or lock. In fact, you could see inside of our room through the top of the door which was clearly hung at an angle INSTEAD OF STRAIGHT or it was knocked off at some point. I notified the front desk, and they changed our room.
I decided to check out the new room before moving myself and my 71 y/o mother into that space. When I walked up to that room there was a small, black, plastic trash bag on the floor outside of the room. The door to that room was open and the room was completely trashed. I again notified the front desk, and they changed the room again.
Without hesitation I went up to check that room out again before moving all of our stuff out. None of the lights in the bathroom or front entrance worked, nor did ANY of the lights along the back wall. I returned to the front desk and notified them as well.
We decided to stay in our original room and prop the torn chair up against the door handle. This was a terrible experience. I noticed 4 other sets of guests having the same issue with their room being trashed upon entry.
Breakfast was a joke. Honestly, how do they advertise 400+ free breakfast combos on EVERY POSTER IN THE BUILDING when they barely have 4? There were only about half a dozen of those items available.
