Hotels.com check in was awful
Hotel.con did not forward payment to SpringHill Suites. The two hotels.com reps could not help.
Mr. Jacob’s at SpringHill called their contact at hotels.com and got it fixed finally.
Mr. Jacobs and SpringHill saved the day.
