This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It was clean. But that ends it.
The tv remote was so simple that I could not make its buttons function. Less is not more. The tv was unusable. I could not make it function Not volume, not station selection, nothing. We turned it off after half and hour of tryi
And that does not include its not getting anything but streaming stations, most of which you have to be already subscribed to. If you happen by luck to get on a news station, it is always ALWAYS Fox. Not all of us are fans of Fox news, but the management seems determined to push their (Fox's) slant on things.
The bathroom light only works if you flip a wall switch and then press as lit up button on the mirror.
The Keurig coffee machine was unplugged. And the plug didn't reach a wall outlet. So you have operate it on the floor. And there is no sugar or Cremora, so you have to drink yourcoffee black.
No one is there to check you in. I guess they are saving on employee costs. You get your room assignment by email. There is no room key, just a number lock on the door but unless you get it by email, you are out of luck. I had no idea what to do until a fellow 'resident' explained to me about the email.
This is a 22nd century dystopia. No employees, just hand over your money. I can't tell future 'guests' how unpleasant the experience is. Awful, awful awful.
Stay somewhere else. If you can't find a place, don't travel to Manchester.
