Dakota greeted us like we were family. She went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with our room.
Both of the people that worked there were very nice. They made dinner suggestions and we loved their recommendation.
We haven’t stayed at a Best Wester in about 14 years. I will definitely book with them again in my future travels.
I always read the reviews when booking a room and then can’t make my decision out of fear that we will make the wrong choice. I was having an extremely hard time picking one near Zion in my price range. Since this hotel had a lot of positive feedback we decided to book the room. It is on the way to Zion and so the drive didn’t require any backtracking.
The breakfast offered a lot of choices and the food was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could hear our neighbors upstairs but it could have been worse. I would suggest requesting a top floor.
