Our experience at Hotel Terra Nova was disappointing from the start. The reception was unfriendly and uninterested, which immediately set the tone for our stay — especially disappointing as we had booked one of their better rooms.
In the evening, there was no hot water. We reported it to reception, but the response felt indifferent. Eventually, someone came to check and told us we might have hot water the next morning — if we showered early. That is simply not acceptable.
There was also a significant amount of light shining into the room from the inner courtyard, making it less comfortable at night.
The food at the hotel was very basic. I would not recommend having breakfast there.
Overall, lower your expectations if you choose to stay here.
