When I first arrive into my room, I noticed there was leftover food, tea, and beer in the fridge. I notified the front desk immediately and they did give me the option to change rooms (it was late and I had my 3 year old so I opted out) they attendant assure me the food would be removed the next morning. The next day I came back in the evening, and the food was still there. The manager came up and removed the food herself and also switched my room. The towels had hair in them in both rooms. The ice machine was not working on floor 3. The vending machine was down, so you had to go to the front desk to buy drinks, which isn't unreasonable, but they could only take cash (similar to the vending machine so again, not unreasonable).
For a place to just lay your head, it wasn't a terrible experience.
