Place was disgusting, Bed sheets were dirty, blankets had stains, bathroom was clearly not cleaned after the checkout of the prior guest. When asked for a new sheet and blankets they had to scramble to find a top sheet for the mattress that did not even fit our bed. Would not stay here ever again.

The breakfast is good! The location is great! The rooms are less expensive than a hotel! However: This is a college dorm, with very basic furniture. There were 2 beds, 2 desks with desk chairs, but no other place to sit. The shower temp fluctuated quite a bit, from cold to warm-ish. We moved rooms after the first night because of the room condition, and were told by the friendly front desk staff that we would be contacted about our concerns, but that did not happen. The next room did not have a fridge or microwave on the floor, and we were told to use the fridge on a different floor. In the room with refrigerator: the floor, fridge, and microwave were not particularly clean.

2/10 Poor

This place was under the "hotels" category and the day after we booked it (nonrefundable) we received an email that it is actually a dorm. The room was large with dorm furniture, the light switch by the door so when you turn off the light you have to go through complete darkness to find the bed. There is no light by the nightstand or anywhere else, and no outlets to plug in the phone by the bed. The air conditioning unit blows air and makes a noise like an airplane turbine all night so hard (even on the lowest setting ) that the window curtain is flying like a kite. It's OK if you bring earplugs. But the worst part was the smell of chlorine in the room and bathroom (likely used to clean it) that burnt the nose and eyes. The room was generally dirty with crumbs of chips and an old piled carpet, the bathroom has not been updated in 30 years although the water was hot and the shower worked. The toilet didn't flush well the first time, you had to try 3-4 times. Charging $180 per night is pure robbery. I would like my money refunded. Don't book this place.

Liked: the buffet breakfast included in the price, and the spacious, bright dining room. Liked: the fact that there is a grab bar in the shower/tub, which makes it safe/accessible for all kinds of people. Liked: The staff are very professional, efficient, and friendly. Did not like: that there is no bedside or desk light fixture, only overhead lights. Did not like: the fan is very loud and strong, and the strong gust makes sitting at the desk impossible. Did not like: the windows can't be opened.

What do I do to have a proper shower? The water pressure in the bathroom is so low that taking a shower is next to impossible. You will bump into lots of young students from all over the world. Clean, but overpriced

The rooms are large but don't expect any amenities. The location is very convenient and the free breakfast buffet makes this place worth it. My room had connecting doors with my neighbor and it was not locked when I checked in. If you have connecting doors, you should check it as soon as you walk in the room.
