My family and I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We had several issues that significantly impacted our stay.
First, we called the hotel a few days prior to our arrival to inquire about alternative parking options due to anticipated Maha Kumbh traffic. We were surprised to learn that the hotel does not have its own parking, despite advertising free parking on Google Maps. They offered a nearby chargeable parking option instead. The availability of free parking was a primary reason we chose this hotel, as we were traveling with our own car.
Second, we called the hotel multiple times (approximately ten attempts from different phones and they have only ONE contact number) shortly before our arrival to request directions, but no one answered. This was incredibly frustrating and only added to our growing concern.
Upon arrival, we were told that we had no reservation. This was completely untrue, as we had booked through Expedia. The staff initially denied our booking saying that they haven't accepted the booking from Expedia until we showed them the Expedia confirmation by their end. After a lengthy and unpleasant exchange, the hotel eventually provided us with a suite and a standard room which was far different from what we paid for. We compromised , as we had traveled a long distance and were exhausted. We had also already prepaid for the original rooms.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property. The staff
