Due to having been assigned uncleaned room, I tried to obtain the room changed but the office was closed. I submitted my pictutes to receive a refund but the office is saying that they dont believe me and that they trust their cleaning staff.
They had on record that I entered the room at 8:06Pm and I showed that the pictures were taken at 8:19PM. They wouldnt even take them as evidence. I also asked them if they heard the messages around this time when I had repeated called the office to obtain help. They told me to file a dipute and jsut fuk off since its the beginning of the year.
