The hotel's very near the old town area (Japanese bridge end) - it only takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk there. The reception was good, giving us useful maps and accurate advice about where to go, and how much tickets etc would cost.
Breakfasts are good, and plentiful, with decent pastries and loads of fruit, as well as the usual eggy stuff. Breakfast is eaten on a balcony overlooking a shrine, which was very nice.
Our room was ok - comfortable but rather old fashioned, with the usual have-a-shower-and-the-whole-bathroom-is-awash problem (not to mention the light, fan, and water heater switches being over the bath/shower).
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised car pick-up and return to Da Nang railway station for US$15, which seemed a good deal.
Wifi was fine.
