Our cleaning lady was Semira she was awesome !!! Every time we went to breakfast she said I’ll do your room next and was always nice we stayed 7 days . The hotel breakfast in the lodge was so awesome the eggs were so fluffy ! Workers were amazing !! It was quiet and comfortable yes you hear horns or sirens sometimes but nothing that bother us . Front desk was very polite and courteous also . We just had to walk across the street to hospital everyday for the week .

Got very good view of Lake Michigan. Had nice kitchen for making tea. Lots of food and shopping options around. It's walkable to most popular tourist attractions in Chicago downtown.

The Magnificent Mile proved so many shops to peruse but my main purpose was to explore the whole city which we were able to do with the help of the Big Bus nearby. Gabriel was very helpful in getting use settled into the hotel. Thank you, Gabriel.
