It was okay
Some of the front desk staff was amazing, others were not so helpful at all. I asked for a late check-out when I checked-in and was told that I couldn't request until the morning that we were checking out. That seemed odd to me. Asked again the next day (we stayed 2 nights) and was told again that I had to request it the morning I was checking out. So I went down first thing in the morning and the lady (very nice) told me that they could only extend it by 1 hour because they had too many requests and that I should have requested it sooner. I told her that I tried to and she seemed shocked that they told me that I needed to wait until Sunday morning. Bottom line - they need to have a better policy on requesting late check-outs. The hotel was clean and the breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the buffet stocked. The pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay. I was just irritated by the late checkout process and outcome.
