Really bad, avoid this place, it's not like it used to be:
1. old frappucino in fridge from prior guest (or prior prior, who knows?)
2. beetle in room flying around
3. refused to provide towels or service room as it had not been 3 days yet (never mind its not covid any more).
4. Even though their own sign said "service every 3 days but if you'd like you can request it every day". When I pointed that out, after their second refusal, they said, "yeah, that sign is wrong."
Worse than all that is the lack of concern of the staff. Each issue was met with basically, "yeah, that's just the way it is." Staff looked disinterested, bored, and not what I'd expect here, nor what I experienced a year ago. They have forgotten they are in hospitality business.
